Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
